Customer Review: Disappointed in customer service not the product itself

I ordered this product thinking it was for a set of 4, though it was for only one, but I was so happy with the one product, that I decided to order the other 3 to complete the set, there were only two left at amazon.
I wrote and called to see if they would be getting more, I never received a response from them, so I hold just the one, searching high and low for the other 3 pieces. If you can find the set I am sure you will be very happy with them, they are high quality, just make sure it says the set not just one or your other 3 burners will be lonely.
I would give it 5 stars, but with any product customer service is a key to making it perfect.
