I bought this for my wife. She adores it. Heck, I think it's pretty doggone cute, too. It's a "must-have" component of our Christmas decorations now. In fact, my wife--who lives for Christmas and would like it to last 11 months (ugh!)--is even more impatient about getting decorations up just so this thing can get unpacked. Mind you, she has several tea-for-one sets she can use instead, but this one is just so dang cute! It's a clever design.

Pfaltzgraff Snow Bear Sculpted Tea For OneThis cuddly bear sculpture is actually a cleverly designed stacking teapot and teacup. Perfect on its own as a holiday gift for a tea lover, the hand-painted earthenware Tea for One also complements Pfaltzgraff's Snow Bear line of dinnerware.
The red plaid scarf on the bear arches out to form two handles: one for the top half, which forms the teapot; and one for the bottom, a wide 16-ounce teacup revealed when the pot is removed. The bear's head slips off sideways to allow tea bags and water into the pot, while the Christmas tree's silver star ingeniously forms a spout. Measuring 8 by 6-1/2 by 5 inches, the Tea for One is safe for dishwasher, oven, and freezer, but not for microwave. Pfaltzgraff covers this unique piece with a five-year warranty. --Ann Bieri
